OCAN (Suzhou Ocan Polymer Material Co., Ltd.) has over 20 years of experience in the R&D and manufacturing of plastic sheets. Our facility covers a total site area of 60 mu (approx. 40,000 sqm) with 4,000+ square meters of factory buildings, backed by over RMB 130 million in injected capital, 260+ employees, and a dedicated R&D team of 30+ specialists.

Equipped with 20 modern production lines (14 PVC lines and 6 PET lines) and an annual capacity of 60,000 metric tons, our materials serve a wide range of industries—including packaging, printing, electronics, stationery, advertising, food, cards & IDs, apparel, building materials, semiconductors, environmental protection, photovoltaics, and new energy—and are exported to more than 60 countries and regions worldwide.

Our frosted PVC card-core sheets are specifically engineered for card-making projects that require low-glare aesthetics, a refined tactile feel, and high visual distinction. Compared with standard glossy white card cores, the frosted surface features a uniform, soft texture that resists visible fingerprints and minor scratches.
Versatile Printing & Card Applications
Suitable as either the overlay or core substrate for translucent frosted cards and colored frosted cards, this material pairs seamlessly with spot UV, hot stamping, screen printing, and offset printing. It is ideal for producing richly layered business cards, membership cards, VIP hospitality cards, hangtag cards, and custom creative cards.
Tailored Specifications for Your Production Line
Based on your card-making equipment and lamination parameters, we can customize coarse matte, fine matte, single-sided frosted, or double-sided frosted finishes, while flexibly adjusting color, transparency, thickness, width, cut-sheet dimensions, or roll specifications.
